“Mbuzi foil” - by far the best goat I have ever eaten. Typically in Arusha when you order goat you ask for “mbuzi choma” which means grilled/roasted goat. Mbuzi foil, however, is goat ribs smothered in a pili pili based sauce, wrapped in tin foil and grilled over an open fire. You literally ask for “mbuzi foil.” So good.
Samaki foil - fish with vegetables wrapped in tin foil and grilled over an open flame.
